Alan C. Oppenheim

Alan Oppenheim, President of ACO Property Advisors has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate development, site acquisition, leasing and real property disposition. Alan is involved in the day to day management of the operations at ACO, including evaluating new business opportunities, client and investor management and oversite of ACOs development projects. He has worked extensively throughout the country on behalf of major developers, utilities, lending institutions and private landowners.

Alan has a Bachelors degree from Colgate University and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College. He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors, the Albany area Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association, and the Northern Adirondack Board of Realtors. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Saratoga YMCA, the Property and Strategic Planning Committees for the YMCA and the Wilmington Community Enhancement Council.
