Medridge Investments-ACO served as the fee project developer on behalf of Medridge in this recently completed Class A 30,000 medical office building in Michigan. ACO managed all facets of this project including site acquisition, approvals, contractor selection and construction, project financing and leasing. The building is currently fully tenanted and is one of the premier medical office buildings in the Detroit metro area.

Rowland Street Professional Building-This former Naval Hospital site contains a 21,000 square foot building along with 5 acres of prime commercial real estate suitable for development. Completed renovations to the building include both cosmetic and structural work which have successfully attracted new professional tenants. Future concept plans include a 7-acre mixed-use development, with residential, medical and professional uses.

Intellitec Crossings- ACO served as the fee project developer on behalf of Intellitec Crossings, LLC in this 60,000 square foot tilt wall manufacturing facility in Florida. ACO managed all facets of this complex development process from site acquisition up through bond financing and tenant lease up.
