Curt M. Kolakowski

Curt Kolakowski is a Vice-President of ACO and has over 20 years of experience in real estate. Curt has extensive experience in real estate brokerage, site acquisition, construction and development. He provides construction management, project due diligence, development management and brokerage services for ACOs clients. In addition, his responsibilities include property management of all of ACOs developed real estate.

Curt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Holy Cross College and is a New York State Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. He is active in both the Albany area Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association and Greater Capital Association of Realtors and serves on their Grievance Committee.
