Rivercrest Estates

Development of an 84-acre corporate-owned parcel in the Town of Moreau, Saratoga County, New York. Consulting services included formation of a Joint Venture between the corporate owner and a local developer. ACO successfully zoned 47 residential lots using a planned unit development concept, coordinated initial site work, and secured a builder and residential real estate broker to market residential construction on the site.
