Clear Wireless- Performed site acquisition and zoning services on 110 sites including 65 new site builds and 45 microwave overlay sites for this new network in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania/Western New Jersey/Wilmington, Delaware markets.

AT&T/Bechtel/TerraTecTonics- Working on the site acquisition and zoning of 60 new site build search rings in the Northern Virginia/Maryland markets.  Part of the Bechtel, AT&T Turfing Project in the Northern Virginia/Maryland markets.

BAC/CIG- Tower Builder- Identified and leased 20 raw land candidates within the NYS Adirondack Park.

SPRINT/General Dynamics- Performed zoning analysis for 50 different jurisdictions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey throughout the Philadelphia Market for the installation of a Sprint backhaul network as part of the Xohm/4G/WiMax project.

AT&T/Bechtel/TerraTecTonics- Completed site acquisition and zoning of 45 new site build search rings and 50 UMTS upgrade sites in the Northern Virginia/Maryland markets.

TerreStar/Bechtel/TerraTecTonics- Performed site acquisition and zoning services on the Phase I build out of TerreStar’s first market.  Responsible for over 50 sites surrounding the City of Baltimore.

FiberTower/Bechtel/TerraTecTonics- Leasing and zoning for 20 backhaul sites in the City of Baltimore and surrounding areas.

SPRINT- Performed site acquisition and zoning services directly to Sprint in the Baltimore Washington DC market on 25 sites.

SPRINT/NEXTEL/General Dynamics- Performed site acquisition and zoning services on 40, ring to existing and 4G/WiMax sites, in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Market.  Also, did site acquisition and zoning services on 55 new site build sites, 35 in the Baltimore, Washington DC Market and 20 in the Northern Virginia Market.

General Dynamics/NYS SWN- Performed contract site acquisition and zoning services on a monthly basis for the creation of the NYS Statewide Wireless Network working on approximately 35 sites in the Albany/Capital Region Market.

SPRINT/NEXTEL/Clough, Harbour & Associates– Performed leasing management role, site acquisition and zoning services for 30 sites in the Southeast Florida market.

AT&T/Cingular Wireless/Lucent Technologies– Completed site acquisition and zoning on 50 new site builds in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.  Identified sites, leased and zoned 30 search rings in the Boston, Massachusetts market primarily covering Route 495 including sites on Cape Cod and in Rhode Island.

SPRINT/US Unwired, Inc./Independent Wireless One– Identified and secured sites for the network from Albany, NY to the Canadian Border.  Also, accomplished the zoning of multiple sites under the jurisdiction of The Adirondack Park Agency.

T-Mobile, USA/VoiceStream Wireless/Omnipoint Holdings, Inc.– Team member on the 231 site, new build from west of Syracuse to Buffalo, NY directly responsible for site identification, leasing, and zoning for over 60 sites. Worked on site acquisition and zoning approvals for 20 infill sites in Watertown, Albany and Kingston, NY and Northern PA markets.
