Medridge Investments - St. Clair Shores, Michigan

Medridge Investments-ACO served as the fee project developer on behalf of Medridge in this recently completed Class A 30,000 medical office building in Michigan. ACO managed all facets of this project including site acquisition, approvals, contractor selection and construction, project financing and leasing. The building is currently fully tenanted and is one of the premiere medical office buildings in the Detroit metro area.
