AuSable Run

AuSable Run- comprising 200 acres in the Lake Placid, New York region, was purchased from a Vermont lending institution and re-permitted with the Adirondack Park Agency (APA) into 14 unique homesites. The project was successfully developed after two unsuccessful attempts by previous developers and is now complete with homesites sold subject to carefully crafted covenants and restrictions.
