Steven R. Kinley

Steven Kinley is a Vice-President with ACO and has been involved in the real estate industry for over 8 years. Steven's responsibilities at ACO include financial valuation of real estate investment opportunities and project finance. He also handles the marketing of ACO's services and listed properties. Steven's diverse background includes marketing, retail development, leasing, property management, project financing and auditing. Steven graduated from Siena College with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting, and is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He is active in the Capital Region as an Ambassador with the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce, a Governor of the Albany Sons of St. Patrick, a board member of the Ballston Spa Business and Professional Association, a member of the Adirondack Region Steering Committee for Junior Achievement, a board member of the Saratoga Center for the Family, and a graduate of The Albany-Colonie Regional Chamber of Commerce Capital Leadership Class of 2001. Steven is also a member of the Albany area Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers Association.
